I have multiple complicated autoimmune issues that basically cause my cells to launch an attack on everything – I have food sensitivities, have to watch a foods histamine and oxalate levels, I react to food additives, chemicals, artificial sweeteners, environmental components, barometric changes, weather changes – shoot, if a blade of grass blows in the wrong direction – my body is ready to fight.
My eyes swell, my feet and hands go numb and I get tremors and muscle tics, my tongue goes numb, migraines, wild blood pressure swings, diminished lung capacity, my muscles spasm and I can put on, and regularly have, up to +20lbs overnight in muscular inflammation.
