πŸ”Ή Pour Salsa in the bottom of the pot and add chicken breast on top (to avoid burn notice)
πŸ”Ή Set for 10min High pressure (add 3min if frozen) + Natural Release (about 10min)
πŸ”Ή When finished, open lid, add Neufchatel Cheese (or fat free cream cheese if you want), set lid on top and allow to sit for 10min to warm the cheese
πŸ”Ή Remove chicken, shred and recombine with the salsa/cheese
