Quick directions (full direction in recipes)
πΉ Brown off sausage, garlic, onions on Saute mode.
πΉ Add potatoes, stock, any additional vegetables
πΉ Cook 5min on Manual/High Pressure + Natural Release (about 10min)
πΉ Mix Milk/Cornstarch. Add mixture + Kale, turn on Saute and cook an additional 3 min or until Kale is soft.
πΉ Serve immediately.

π INSTANT POT CREAMY SALSA CHICKEN PREP
βͺοΈ @perdue Chicken Breast – 12oz
βͺοΈ @simpletruthorganic Medium Salsa – Β½ jar / 1c
βͺοΈ Homemade Dry Ranch Seasoning – 3tbsp
βͺοΈ @happyfarms NeufchΓ’tel Cheese – 3oz

Instant Pot – 6Q
πΉ Mix seasoning with salsa
πΉ Pour Salsa in the bottom of the pot and add chicken breast on top (to avoid burn notice)
πΉ Set for 10min High pressure (add 3min if frozen) + Natural Release (about 10min)
πΉ When finished, open lid, add Neufchatel Cheese (or fat free cream cheese if you want), set lid on top and allow to sit for 10min to warm the cheese
πΉ Remove chicken, shred and recombine with the salsa/cheese
