Quick directions (full direction in recipes)
๐Ÿ”น Brown off sausage, garlic, onions on Saute mode.
๐Ÿ”น Add potatoes, stock, any additional vegetables
๐Ÿ”น Cook 5min on Manual/High Pressure + Natural Release (about 10min)
๐Ÿ”น Mix Milk/Cornstarch. Add mixture + Kale, turn on Saute and cook an additional 3 min or until Kale is soft.
๐Ÿ”น Serve immediately.

Had with the rest of my Superfood Salad from lunch. Alfredo Sauce worked out well! I would switch the noodles back to a thicker one next time though.

Instant Pot – 6Q
๐Ÿ”น Mix seasoning with salsa
๐Ÿ”น Pour Salsa in the bottom of the pot and add chicken breast on top (to avoid burn notice)
๐Ÿ”น Set for 10min High pressure (add 3min if frozen) + Natural Release (about 10min)
๐Ÿ”น When finished, open lid, add Neufchatel Cheese (or fat free cream cheese if you want), set lid on top and allow to sit for 10min to warm the cheese
๐Ÿ”น Remove chicken, shred and recombine with the salsa/cheese
