I’m not a big fan of Cauliflower but I got a beautiful head in my Misfits Market box last time and I decided to make it more appealing to me so I am more inclined to use and eat it.

I used some in a veggie mash tonight and broke up the rest to naturally dye.

Yellow – Tumeric
Pink – Eco Taste Dragonfruit Powder
Blue – Eco Taste Butterfly Pea Powder


Most people could just use food coloring but I avoid the artificial color dyes as they trigger autoimmune issues.

@theindigokitchen posted some colored cauli the other day and I was inspired. Going to let this soak overnight and see what we have tomorrow!
