I wasn’t feeling that great for most of the day and on further research I think maybe my #experimentsineating with the Red Rice was part of the problem.
I had never eaten or made this Red Yeast Rice before (see video for all the details) but it appears this is a fermented rice created by growing and cultivating it with a type of mold. This could easily be a problem. I will test this theory in the future but for now, no more Rice Pudding.
