Welcome to Thunderstorm Thursday!
I woke up all super poofy to a beautiful rainy day. I love the rain but my feet and hands surely do not. Even the dogs wanted to just be curled up in bed. They have the option of the whole house or outside and they both were very much bedbugs this morning… And don’t worry… The Collie is not as big as a house – between a bad angle, lots of hair and a poofy butt – he just looks that way!
Things changed a little bit from my original plans and I ended up not cooking for Sandy today. She has leftovers of leftovers and someone bringing her a meal tomorrow so we decided to skip today.
So I spent the afternoon working on things for tonight’s live Facebook meeting. Time got away from me and even though I was feeling some better and was hungry by 6pm or so, I didn’t eat anything until after 10pm by the time I finished the meeting and fixed dinner… But it was very tasty…
So one meal today… Just dinner..

INTUITIVE EATING CHALLENGE BASIC GUIDELINES
▪️ No tracking, weighing, measuring foods
▪️ Eat when actually hungry (no eating just to meet caloric target)
▪️ Eat as I normally would (whole food focus) allowing for additional things I may not usually pay the points for out of principle 😁
▪️ Make first meal of the day the largest (in case I don’t feel like eating in the evening)
▪️ Prep salad toppings for ease of putting together a Superfood Salad + protein for dinner 5 nights / week
▪️ Continue to weigh daily to track inflammation and record on #fearlessfridays
▪️ Check, check and double check all food labels before using any packaged products including raw meats and frozen vegetables
