
I am going to NC to help a friend in a few weeks and there is a large International store in Greensboro (and Charlotte) that we are going to. They sell many things I cannot get here. One of the things I was just looking at and showing Sara Anne is the huge variety of meat cuts that we generally don’t use that they have available.
I am going to get a selection of things I have never found, cooked or eaten… For anyone who has tried more uncommon meat cuts – I would love to know what you recommend, what dishes you like it in etc….
They have tons of fresh fruit, veggies and seafood I will be trying too!
