Just Eat June – 30 Days of Intuitive Eating
Today was pretty good! I woke up not in pain for the first time in weeks and was excited about cooking again!
But, as I tend to do, I started to overdo it by midday… Whoa Nelly… Rein it in a bit!
I grazed on my Ramen bowl for most of the afternoon but in the end ended up finishing about ⅔ of it before I was just done…
I wasn’t sure what, if anything, I wanted for dinner but the snack plate was the right choice… Exactly enough and it hit the spot!
I honestly did a little too much today and I am a bit run down… Have to reel it in tomorrow…
