🥣 DAILY MEAL HIGHLIGHTS

Today starts the new guidelines for improving several issues noted in my recent bloodwork. I have detailed everything previously but from today basically I need to track my macros and eat within certain restrictions…

I also started some new meds which my body is NOT happy about – at all… But we just have to work through it!

MEAL 1 (trying to increase my daily protein and healthy fats)

I discovered the tofu had CALCIUM CHLORIDE in it (bad for me) after I had a little bit so I only ate 0.5oz

COOKING FOR SANDY DAY
I cook 3 times a week for a lovely neighbor who had a stroke last year. I’m enjoying having someone to cook for again.

RESULTS – Wayyyyy under on most everything today… New meds caused big time queasiness and two meals was all I could manage.
