๐ CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA & STEAMED ARTICHOKE
@perdue Chicken Breast (ground) – 6oz
@fullcirclemarket Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese – ยผc
@krogerco Egg (yolk only)
SEASONING: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Tumeric, Paprika, Italian Seasoning
You can use leftover rotisserie chicken, canned chicken or ground chicken/turkey here. Remove as much moisture as you can if you want a crisper final product.
Combine in a bowl, mixing well. Place mixture on a piece of baking paper, cover with a second sheet of baking paper and roll thinly. Bake in a 400ยฐ oven 15-20min depending on your oven. Some people flip it or put it on a wire rack to crisp evenly – or just leave it on the sheet pan. Add toppings, return to oven for an additional 10min or so.

RESULTS: In my air fryer personally, I did 10min, flipped + 5min more. Added toppings +5min longer but my air fryer (oven type) Cooks quite quickly.

INSTANT POT ARTICHOKE
๐ Cooked in my ๐ฅNEW๐ฅ @mychefiq 6Q Pressure Cooker
Trim artichoke stem (and petal tips if needed). Cut off the top inch or so of the artichoke and rinse to remove any dirt between the petals. Place Artichoke on trivet or in steamer basket face up, squeeze juice of 1 lemon into the crevices (*optional), add lemon halves to pot with 1 cup water.
Chef IQ preset said 12min / High Pressure + Quick Release
Cooking in my little 3.5Q takes 20min / High Pressure + Natural Release so I was a little skeptical.
IT WAS BRILLIANT! Came to pressure in ยฝ the time, cooked it beautifully – full details in the video.

I had some very odd, random reaction to something about 8pm that caused my eye to swell shut. I ate lunch around 2pm so it isn’t food related… I took 2 antihistamines and went to bed early (well early for me)
