3 days a week, I cook meals for a neighbor who had a stroke last year and has limited mobility. We often share a meal kit or something similar and spend some time together since neither of us go out too much ๐ Today is one of her days.
Since she has a shellfish allergy, I did chicken for her. She said she really enjoyed it!

Interesting comparison – on WW ๐ Purple, I used 42pts (I have 20/day) but on straight Calories / Macros I was right on target. It really shows the difference not being able to have sugar free / fat free makes…
