Because I generally eat 2 meals/day most days – each meal needs to be between 700-800 calories on average

Although I am still giving WW ๐Ÿ’œ Purple Points – I am not trying to stay within them right now. It is very difficult to hit my Macro targets, especially with healthy fats, and still be within points and with the medically recommended changes I need to follow right now – the calories/macros are my focus.
