Chickpea pasta cooks a little differently than regular pasta – here are some good notes… This timing made a perfect, non gummy, slightly al dente pasta… You could go 5min if you like a softer, less firm pasta but I wouldn’t do anymore than that.

Cooked in @mychefiq 6Q Smart Cooker
8oz box Banza Pasta Shells + 3 cups water + ½tsp salt
Cook 4min on Manual/High Pressure + Quick Release
Drain any excess water before adding cheese and ½ & ½
Cover with lid, allow cheese to melt, stir and YUM!

INSTANT POT ARTICHOKE
🌀 Cooked in @cooksessential 3Q Mini Pressure Cooker
Trim artichoke stem (and petal tips if needed). Cut off the top inch or so of the artichoke and rinse to remove any dirt between the petals. Place Artichoke on trivet or in steamer basket face up, squeeze juice of 1 lemon into the crevices (*optional), add lemon halves to pot with 1 cup water.

Cook 20min on Manual/High Pressure + Natural Release
