👩🏻‍🍳 COOKING FOR SANDY DAY
3 days a week, I cook meals for a neighbor who had a stroke last year and has limited mobility. We often share a meal kit or something similar and spend some time together since neither of us go out too much 😁 Today is one of her days. I’m enjoying having someone to cook for again.

For the month of July, she has a friend staying and I am cooking for them both. 😊

Based on the Keto Chicken Crust (I’m not Keto but this is still good – I just use chicken/egg but you can certainly add the cheese)

375° for 10min on silicone baking sheet
Flip – add sauce / toppings – cook an additional 5min

CORE NOTES
🔹 You could add FF cheese if you use it for 0️⃣ additional points but for me the cheese/pesto sauce added plenty of flavor so I didn’t add any cheese on top.
🔹 Top with any veggies you like – I was looking specifically to create the rainbow effect so I chose based on color 😂
🔹 The sauce I made with 1tbsp White Cheddar Powder (1WP), 1tsp Pesto and ½tbsp water.
