~ Rinse Rice
1:1 ratio – 1 cup rice + 1 cup liquid.
I like to use stock but you can just use water

BP drop / POTS Episode
I’m okay now but I had to go to bed… I think it was a combination of the storms coming over and taking my blood pressure medication on an empty stomach.

I have high blood pressure issues and recently started a new med after months of my BP being 170-200 / 110-130…it is bringing it down but this was a POTS event.

WEEK 1 – Potato/Rice Reset – only potatoes (all types), rice (all types), pink/sea salt, natural sugar and water are allowed. Provides super bland food to reset gut and inflammation markers. Boring but recommended…

🍽️ 4 salad plate meals (no regular big plates, no OMAD [one meal a day] ) – smaller meals to reduce the amount of histamine triggers consumed at one time and limit reactivity during the reintroduction trial phases.
