PHASE 1 RESULTS
I am done… This potato rice reset was not helpful for me specifically as I am quite sure now there is an Oxalate Intolerance component to my issues and potato, sweet potato and colored rices are all higher in oxalate.
This was a great learning experience which has opened up some interesting possibilities as far as better understanding my food triggers. After today, I am pretty darn sure oxalate issues ARE part of this…

I am still in an inflammation flare, my stomach was pretty chronically in distress, I have been so tired, fatigued, muscles aching, headachy, my inner ear is still swollen, eyes are still swollen…
For me, this did not relax or recharge my system – if anything it caused more system wide distress which I’m starting to understand.
So I have made some adjustments to my plan and we keep on going…
One of those is to treat both rice and potato as Lvl 2οΈβ£ reaction foods which removes them from my diet for several weeks.
