I decided to try out a bag of Belgium Waffle mix that came in my @mrcookingpanda box… I dug out and dusted off the @bydash Mini Waffle Iron and mixed up a serving.

RESULTS – Waffle Mix did not need the butter. Next batch I will replace with just milk. [β…“c mix + ΒΌc milk] Reduces the calories considerably too.

These Tribali Foods burgers were on sale at Kroger and I ordered the variety pack. I have not been disappointed – they are really good!

Polenta Fries are a good lower oxalate solution vs potatoes (which are currently on my ON HOLD list for another 2 weeks). Tube polenta makes it super easy – just slice into fry lengths and air fry or bake.
