RESULTS – Waffle Mix did not need the butter. Next batch I will replace with just milk. [β

Polenta Fries are a good lower oxalate solution vs potatoes (which are currently on my ON HOLD list for another 2 weeks). Tube polenta makes it super easy – just slice into fry lengths and air fry or bake.
