Cooked in @mychefiq 6Q Smart Cooker
Pot in Pot method – 1c water in main pot liner
Place smaller pot on trivet stand with rice + liquid
~ Rinse rice well ~
RICE [time below + Natural Release]
Depending on how soft you like your rice – liquid ratio will vary from 1:1 for a firm rice and 1:1Β½ for a softer rice. I like to use stock but you can just use water.
White Rice – 5min / 8min for a softer rice
Jasmine / White Basmati Rice – 18min
Brown Rice Short Grain – 22min
Brown Basmati Rice – 24min
Red Rice – 30min
Wild Rice – 28min
Black Rice – 30min
Rice Blend – 30min
If you want a softer texture – increase water by β
-Β½c.

MAST CELL HISTAMINE LIST – continue Lvl 2οΈβ£ food reintroductions + add up to one Lvl 3οΈβ£ food into 3 separate meals over 2 days to test individual reactivity. Score reactivity.
