#EXPERIMENTS IN EATING
Frying Shrimp

I have never liked frying foods – I keep trying it, keep trying different techniques and I bought a little tiny baby Fry Daddy which I cooked today’s shrimp in 4 at a time. Better results than I had before but I still don’t like doing it.

Honestly the cleanup and general mess is just not worth the result. If I want something fried every once in awhile I think I will just order it and count myself as a non frying cook… They turned out okay but… ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ

To make all purpose flour into self rising – add 1ยฝtsp baking powder + ยผtsp salt per 1c flour…

@dannon @oikos 2ยฝtbsp 0% Greek Yogurt
@fairlife 1tbsp Skim Milk
@hoosierhill_farm ยฝtbsp White Cheddar Powder
@wincrestbulkfoods ยฝtbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)

*If you are not adding the nutritional yeast or white cheddar powder, you may need slightly less yogurt/milk.

NO STICKY HANDS PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or small spatula. Lightly spray your baking sheet or lay down some parchment paper and turn your dough out onto the tray. Using the fork/spatula, shape the dough to the thickness and diameter you want. Top with an egg wash and additional seasoning if you’d like. Bake and enjoy!
