[To make all purpose flour into self rising – add 1ยฝtsp baking powder + ยผtsp salt per 1c flour…]
@gelspice ยฝtbsp Italian Seasoning
@wincrestbulkfoods ยฝtbsp Nutritional Yeast
[*optional – it does not effect the baking – it is not that kind of yeast – I use it because I am deficient in vitamin B12 among other things]
@dannon @oikos 2tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt
@fairlife 1tbsp Skim Milk
Season as YOU like… ๐
NO STICKY HANDS PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or small spatula. Lightly spray your baking sheet or lay down some parchment paper and turn your dough out onto the tray. Using the fork/spatula, shape the dough to the thickness and diameter you want. Top with an egg wash and additional seasoning if you’d like. Bake and enjoy!

Pot in Pot method – 1c water in main pot liner
Place smaller pot on trivet stand with rice + liquid
~ Rinse rice well ~
RICE [time below + Natural Release]
Depending on how soft you like your rice – liquid ratio will vary from 1:1 for a firm rice and 1:1ยฝ for a softer rice. I like to use stock but you can just use water.
White Rice – 5min / 8min for a softer rice
Jasmine / White Basmati Rice – 18min
Brown Rice Short Grain – 22min
Brown Basmati Rice – 24min
Red Rice – 30min
Wild Rice – 28min
Black Rice – 30min
Rice Blend – 30min
