[To make broth: 1tbsp powder + 8oz water]

Combine and grind in a food processor, small blender or coffee/spice grinder.

*In my personal opinion, this tastes NOTHING remotely close to chicken bouillon – it isn’t bad at all but it just tastes like nutritional yeast to me. Maybe make a small batch and see if YOU like it. Keep in mind my autoimmune issues have screwed up my taste buds… 🀣

β–ͺ️2tbsp Onion Powder
β–ͺ️2tbsp Garlic Powder
β–ͺ️2tbsp Italian Seasoning
β–ͺ️1tbsp Sea Salt (optional)
β–ͺ️½tbsp Tumeric (optional)
β–ͺ️¼tbsp Pepper

Makes approximately 1 cup dry powder.
Store in an airtight container for up to a year.

β–ͺ️Egg (I used a duck egg yolk only)

Combine and shape into meatballs – a melon/cookie scoop is very handy for that. Or use your favorite frozen meatballs.

Precook in oven, air fryer or skillet. I used:

Big storm front came through dropping our temps into the teens and the barometric swing had me hurting.

I decided to take a Nana nap and when I got up, I wasn’t really hungry so I finished the can of beans with some Fritos and had a bottle of water and a Red Pear… Then I was done for the day…
