I really missed my pickled bamboo in my last Ramen Bowl so I am going to make some with the leftover bamboo and bean sprouts.
The recipe above does not have vinegar, which I added or chili oil, which I’m not adding anyway…I used the Umami Mushroom Seasoning as a replacement for the chicken bouillon called for and again the result was fantastic! Now I need to do a noodle bowl tomorrow!
