Preheat oven to 400Β°. Chop veggies as needed, toss in a bit of oil or spray with cooking spray. Season as you like.

🐦 CORNISH HEN w GRAVY & ROASTED VEGGIES

β–ͺ️Roasted Vegetables (above)

πŸ“ 5 MIN / 5 INGREDIENT CHICKEN GRAVY (64cal)
Yesterday I cooked a whole Cornish Hen in my Smart Cooker / Instant Pot and I knew I wanted a nice rich gravy to go with it.

Using these recipes for inspiration – I had a delicious gravy in no time!

β–ͺ️2 cups Water
β–ͺ️2tbsp Homemade Chicken Bouillon Powder
β–ͺ️1tbsp Cornstarch
β–ͺ️1tbsp Flour
β–ͺ️1tbsp Dijon Mustard

I dissolved everything together in hot water and put on a low simmer until thickened. Easy peasy and very flavorful.

I had Β½ the hen for lunch with Β½ the gravy and have 1 serving of each left.
