So around Xmas, my German Air Fryer Oven I had only bought in August, started not heating properly and I eventually talked to the manufacturer and Amazon and they did a refund… Great! Perfect! Lovely!

After lots of research, I decided to order a Ninja Foodi Air Fryer Oven (model DT251 with thermometer).

Now I will go into this saying that, yes, I did choose the option that said LIKE NEW – the outside box may be damaged. I have bought items like that for a little bit cheaper before and never had a problem. Well today this is what arrived…

Full of crumbs
Pans dirty
Fan dirty and showing damage
Heating element completely broken
Wrong model entirely

Missing parts (incl the Smart thermometer), damaged, broken, certainly nothing “Like New” about it… How do they send stuff like this out to a customer without even checking…

They are refunding, as they have no replacement available, which is fine but now I have to repackage and organize a return, and since today is Friday, that means no air fryer for awhile yet…Ugh!
