INSTANT POT ARTICHOKE
๐ŸŒ€ Cooked in @mychefiq 6Q Smart Cooker
Trim artichoke stem (and petal tips if needed). Cut off the top inch or so of the artichoke and rinse to remove any dirt between the petals. Place Artichoke on trivet or in steamer basket face up, squeeze juice of 1 lemon into the crevices (*optional), add lemon halves to pot with 1 cup water.

Cook 15min on High Pressure + Natural Release

I needed to increase my calories and fat totals for the day, so I decided to make a cheese sauce with heavy cream and add cream cheese (normal full fat) with my potatoes. WW is not set up to utilize those things and will ding you very heavily for them.

If you want lower points – change the dairy items to whatever alternative you like and use on your plan.
