3 days a week, I cook meals for a neighbor who had a stroke last year and has limited mobility. We often share a meal kit or something similar and spend some time together since neither of us go out too much ๐
Tomorrow is one of her days. I’m enjoying having someone to cook for again.
I made a beautiful Pot Roast for dinner and she said she really likes pot roast so I made 4 portions for her (freeze 3, 1 for dinner)
