Nice! For me (and my weak tastebuds) it definitely needed the lime juice as it was a bit bland otherwise but the noodle texture was good for a quick noodle.

🥪 ARBY’S PECAN CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
I was running the last of my errands yesterday and other than a Dr appt at the end of the month – I don’t need to go back to town for a few weeks.
I decided I wanted an Arby’s Sandwich but didn’t check the nutrition beforehand. I ended up not having it last night so I was a bit surprised when I looked it up this morning and found it was 840 calories. Whew!
No problem. I just worked my day backwards around it but sadly it was quite dry and not very nice. I wouldn’t buy it again.

After having problems with my fridge last week, I have lots of fruit I needed to eat up so I pulled everything together into this fruit salad. I also have some kiwifruit and berries I can add but they get mushy if you put them in the general mix so I leave those until I’m serving it.
