It was okay – but I tried to get slick cooking the Asparagus, Zucchini, Corn and pasta in the Instant Pot – it was too long for the asparagus and zucchini so they were mushy, the corn was great and the pasta cooked well but I like a more al dentรฉ noodle so less time next time…. And just steam the veg like I usually do…

I do think pasta in the IP would do well for me with a little less time and my Chef IQ gave me a great idea… Using the steamer basket sitting on the bottom prevents a burn notice and is self straining (see daily video) – very cool!
