BATCH COOKING FOR FREEZER & MY COUSINS
Today I have a few more dishes to add to what I am taking to my cousins on Friday. The first is an Italian Wedding Soup ( I am taking some to them and keeping some for me ) and then they had asked me to make a Lasagna and a Chicken Alfredo.

Cook 8min on High Pressure + Quick Release

Add when serving

I divided this into 8 servings.

I made the Lasagna for them but silly girl that I am I dropped the box of noodles and they broke… It doesn’t really matter for the dish but as I was cleaning up, I realized I had some broken noodle pieces, some leftover sauce and cottage cheese and figured I would make a super stripped down version of Lasagna Soup for my lunch…
