To make all purpose flour into self rising – add 1ยฝtsp baking powder + ยผtsp salt per 1c flour…

OPTIONAL EXTRAS*

๐Ÿ”น1tbsp Nutritional Yeast*
*optional – it does not effect the baking – it is not that kind of yeast – I often use it because I am deficient in vitamin B12 among other things

If you add these, you may have to add a little extra yogurt, milk or water…

NO STICKY HANDS PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or small spatula. Lightly spray your baking sheet or lay down some parchment paper and turn your dough out onto the tray. Using the fork/spatula, shape the dough to the thickness and diameter you want. Top with an egg wash and additional seasoning if you’d like. Bake and enjoy!

Pot in Pot method – 1c water in main pot liner
Place smaller pot on trivet stand with rice + liquid

Depending on how soft you like your rice – liquid ratio will vary from 1:1 for a firm rice and 1:1ยฝ for a softer rice. I like to use stock but you can just use water.
