Preheat oven to 400°. Chop veggies as needed, toss in a bit of oil or spray with cooking spray. Season as you like.

Yesterday I cooked a whole Cornish Hen in my Smart Cooker / Instant Pot and I knew I wanted a nice rich gravy to go with it.
Using these recipes for inspiration – I had a delicious gravy in no time!
▪️2 cups Water
▪️2tbsp Homemade Chicken Bouillon Powder
▪️1tbsp Dijon Mustard
I dissolved everything together in hot water and put on a low simmer until thickened. Easy peasy and very flavorful.
I had ½ the hen for lunch with ½ the gravy and have 1 serving of each left.
