So around Xmas, my German Air Fryer Oven I had only bought in August, started not heating properly and I eventually talked to the manufacturer and Amazon and they did a refund… Great! Perfect! Lovely!
After lots of research, I decided to order a Ninja Foodi Air Fryer Oven (model DT251 with thermometer).
Now I will go into this saying that, yes, I did choose the option that said LIKE NEW – the outside box may be damaged. I have bought items like that for a little bit cheaper before and never had a problem. Well today this is what arrived…
Full of crumbsPans dirtyFan dirty and showing damageHeating element completely brokenWrong model entirely
Missing parts (incl the Smart thermometer), damaged, broken, certainly nothing “Like New” about it… How do they send stuff like this out to a customer without even checking…
They are refunding, as they have no replacement available, which is fine but now I have to repackage and organize a return, and since today is Friday, that means no air fryer for awhile yet…Ugh!
🍞 QUICK BREAD 🌿4️⃣ @clovervalley ¼c Self Rising Flour (packed cup) To make all purpose flour into self rising – add 1½tsp baking powder + ¼tsp salt per 1c flour…so for single serve – add ⅜tsp (which is 1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon) + a pinch of salt
@dannon @oikos 2tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt @fairlife 1tbsp Skim Milk @wincrestbulkfoods ½tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional) @assi ⅛tsp Coarse Sea Salt *If you are not adding the nutritional yeast, you may need slightly less yogurt/milk.
NO STICKY HANDS PREPARATION Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or small spatula. Lightly spray your baking sheet or lay down some parchment paper and turn your dough out onto the tray. Using the fork/spatula, shape the dough to the thickness and diameter you want. Top with an egg wash and additional seasoning if you’d like. Bake and enjoy!
